Dual opening ceremony and planning tips?

One of my family members hasn't received a rejection email yet. I still have hope, so I want to plan ahead. Will the opening ceremony still take place in two stadiums or just one? How are you planning your schedules? Is there a link where we can view the activities sorted by venue, day, and time before the specific time slots are assigned?
