I am now in Bangladeshi IT agency, but I want to scale my career to an international high paying company. The only obstacle I think is my communication skill in English. I found myself in trouble when I was communicating in English with my boss or any other colleagues. so now I want to build my communication skill, I want to speak fluently. Right now, I can write and read English thoroughly, but when I speak in English I can't find the exact word to spell.
