I get frustrated

I work at a publix i am a cashier/ bagger . sometimes I see our store manager packing out u boats in grocery. before I moved to Florida I had 6 years working grocery in a supermarket in New jersey. it gets me frustrated because I can be doing that . the store manager should not be doing that his job is to over see the store. I feel like I'm not being used to my potential advice?
