Crystalian Staves.

Hello. Since i Play a bit as Recluse, i made recently a build with crystalian school. I have a hard time finding them with shattering crystals. Do any have any ideas besides forts, rises and merchant? i Heard it can be a drop from rewards pool of bosses, but cant find any info. Would appritiate any suggestions.
