Need help on what to get

Should I get a psp 3000 or PS vita? I’m not sure what to pick I had a 3k as a kid and wanna get another to play sonic rivals again there is also a Good amount of games in there I want to see the psp port for such as Dante’s inferno, def jam,gta etc but I do know the vita can emulate the psp easily and I get a fuck ton of games like ninja gaiden and 2 extra god of war game but for longevity which is better to acquire ?
