ELMB2 / VRR / G Sync use in gaming ?

Discussion

I am using an ASUS ROG Strix XG27JCG (5K, dual-mode, 330 Hz in QHD). In Valorant/CS I get 500–800 FPS. Should I cap at 330 Hz and use ELMB2 (VRR/G-SYNC off), or keep FPS uncapped with ELMB2 off? Concern is 1% lows and frametime stability if capped exactly at 330.

What about G-SYNC in this scenario — keep it off since I’m always above refresh, or still useful? Same for V-Sync: off, Fast Sync, or something else? And NVIDIA Low Latency Mode (Off vs On vs Ultra) when running such high FPS?

Also, regarding overdrive: not just avoiding overshoot, but what setting actually gives the best overall motion clarity/response balance on this monitor at high FPS with VRR off or VRR on with uncapped fps?
