State School- no contact from school? 5-weeks since submission.

I applied by the deadline of March 1 to my state school for their 2-year MPH program. I applied through SOPHAS. The school site said 4-6 weeks to hear back. I haven't received confirmation of receiving my transcript (other than the verified update on SOPHAS). I've checked my spam folder and am wondering if i should reach out to the school myself via email.
