I'm a few days away from finishing off my cards so I can start on masteries! So, which to buy first?

I'm currently averaging around 30T-40T per farming run, so the labs on top of masteries is still a long ways away, but wanted to see where the consensus is on stone spending and which is beneficial without any additional levels. Still mainly focused on farming, as I'm a ways away from being able to break into legends league.

I've got 300 stones banked right now, and planning on holding until I have enough for whatever mastery is best to hit first.

Currently I'm still eHP/hybrid build, hanging out in the 15-18th place in Champs. I can consistently get to 700-800 waves, so the 1200+ needed to get to legends just isn't going to happen for a while. Farming tier 10/10k waves, tier 11/7500 waves.

Top tier/wave: Tier 16, wave 234. Also planning a bot respec at the end of this current event to try a flame bot respec to push tiers/milestones and see if I can't get Tier 17 or 18 unlocked.
