Fitment of CPU cooler

I am just buying components for my new pc and I am afraid that my cpu cooler won't fit due to my GPU.

I have Asrock radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB and the cooler i am buying is thermalright Phantom Spirit SE.

I did my research and RAM shouldn't be a problem and case is not a problem too.

Case: Adata xpg valor air

MB: Asrock X870 Steel legend

RAM: Kingston fury beast 32 Gb DDR5

Can someone help me?
