Implant success on biologics

I am currently in Cimzia a biologic. I am due to have two implants done tip and bottom opposite sides as well as a bone graft for a 3rd down the line. The oral surgeon suggested I consult my Rheumatologist for recommendations. She suggested stopping the biologic one week prior and one well after the procedure. I am concerned one I restart the implants may fail? I was wondering if a bridge would be better? On the bottom the bridge would need to be attached to a previously crowned tooth due to a root canal.
