Membership overlap

I currently have an Elite plan with 56 pause days remaining. During a recent offer, I purchased the Pro Plus plan, which is currently scheduled to begin on 16 May.

My current Elite plan is set to end on 17 May. I intend to use the available 56 pause days, which will extend the end date of my existing plan. At the moment, I do not know the exact final end date, as it will depend on how the pause days are utilized.

However, I noticed that the start date of the new Pro Plus plan can only be adjusted by 30 days instead of reflecting the full extension.Could you please ensure that the Pro Plus plan begins only after my current Elite plan fully concludes, including any pause days used?
