Shift to RGO Homebased from F2F is it possible?

Possible po ba na mag change to Homebased na lang for the review sa RGO Cebu? Because of the rising prices of fuel and inflation in general parang nag hehesitate na ako mag F2F because for me, mas I think maka save ako. Sana may makasagot po. Thank you in advance 😊
