Conditional license

nY-27F) so I'm on the journey to getting my conditional license at the moment. I'm enrolled in the IDP. my license was revoked but the revocation era ended in February this year. I'm up to date with all my DMV fees. the only thing I can't find is the "Victim impact panel" (VIP) The next one is in October.... If I can't find one sooner I'll settle for that one. but wtf? there's nothing sooner? I was told I need to go through probation. so the ones I see you can take online won't help. but does it matter if I take the VIP right away with just trying to get conditional? I WILL do it but can't find anything right now. once I finish the IDP and pay off all the DRA's won't I be able to apply for conditional? I don't want my FULL license right now. I just want to buy the car get to work go home. plus I need the interlock thing. so what do I do if I can't find the VIP after I finish the IDP in May?
