Warzone and RDR2 impossible to play

non stop high latency, connecting me to a server 4 countries away, impossible to play games without horrible lag/glitching. and what's more, having to download tens of gb of the game each time i want to play it. is this what cloud gaming is about? does it get better? very disappointed so far
