Is there anyone nurse or doctor

I just saw a few brown blood drops not much just a few and I'm scared if I'm having a miscarriage again? or is it implantation bleeding I didn't have any cramps or anything I was just fatigued and sleeping most of the time, a day ago I was extremely dizzy so the nurse made me sleep in the hospital bed. Now I've spotted this, is it because of stress?????
