5 days after surgery

I had gland removal and lipo on the sides. chest looks super flat but I took the bandages off today when I got my stitches removed. he stitched skin to the pecs muscles and nips looks pretty crazy and mangled. is this normal? I know 5 days isn't long. I still have my drains for the next two days. I trust the doc but what's y'all experience with this?
