Ptsd dbq

did the. foia and got my dbq. the dr says no PTSD, but other mental disorder Major depressive and anxiety. what should I do going forward? do i need a supplemental now? i also have an oth. any suggestions.

i scheduled mental health appointment w va bc I do have severe issues and these were not taken seriously by the examiner during my dbq.
