1pm Ceremony Timeline?

Hi everyone!

My fiancé (M24) and I (F24) are getting married in a Catholic Church (not the full Mass), and we had to have our Saturday ceremony at 1pm due to venue restrictions. We have our reception venue booked from 8am-2am. I want to have a nice plates dinner, but I'm not sure how guests would feel about having to either wait a couple of hours between the ceremony and cocktail hour or having an early supper. I might just be overthinking this; I don't have a ton of wedding experience with friends/family since I'm the oldest sibling and cousin. Does anyone have experience with this kind of timeline? Should I move the dinner earlier or is a ~2 hour gap okay? We have a large guest count and almost all out of town guests. Thanks in advance!
