OFFLIMITS Music Festival

did anyone receive a refund for the festival tickets that was supposed to happen today april 4 in abu dhabi?

the event was moved to november and the organizer said on march 24 that we had 10 days to request a refund

today we got an email denying the refund and the instagram posts are full of comments from people saying they got the same email (ofc an AI template) and apparently no one got the refund

did anyone here actually get it or are you all in the same situation too?
