My belly fat isnt going anywhereee

As the title suggests ive tried my best to reduce the belly fat but that fat isnt going away. Fat in other parts such as hands chest legs have reduced so much but still belly fat is so much that i look like an uncle. Ive reduced my weight from 72 to 58 and im 5’10 so i look like malnourished from my arms but a fat guy when u look at my stomach
