[Hiring] Looking for an outreacher, 50-50 split with me giving you the sample email

Hey, I'm Peter, and I'm part of 2 different team of video editors. One I'm a part of, the second, I lead:

Since we're busy with clients, we need someone who can handle the outreach. Here's your job:

You'll find youtubers who might need editors (any youtuber is fine, but if they have a job posting about an editor position, then reach out to them first)

Reach out to them with an email I've already made (you just need to change the names and some of the lines of course)

And once they reply, make sure to let me know, and I'll take over

The split is 50-50 of my part. So if a client pays 200, I'll take 20% ($40) of that, and then give you the half of that ($20) to you once I get the payment

So basically once you get me a client, it's just passive income for you
