Start studying again

Hello everyone! I’ve never been a great student. I finished high school and went straight into the workforce. Now, I have to study a lot of material for the police academy, including laws and regulations. I’m looking for tips on how to study effectively. Does anyone know of a tool that can read PDFs, create quizzes to help me learn, and explain the content? I’m looking for an AI; I tried Gemini, but it didn't seem to read my PDFs properly and just searched the internet for questions instead.
