Third trimester with a toddler - help!!

My maternity leave started and our toddler is only in daycare 3 days a week, so I’m home with him 2 days during the week. I have horrible SPD and can only walk short distances, which means most of our usual activities are a no go…. I can’t even do long car rides.

Looking for advice on things to do! Even lifting him onto the changing table or into his booster seat is hard.
