Are male rabbits normally THIS aggressive after being neutered???

Question

I know their hormones take 4-8 weeks to settle, but this behavior is crazy. Before, my sweet Rolo was a cuddly, curious, friendly bun. He would hop up on your lap or sniff you while you worked in his pen. After getting neutered? I can’t go in his pen without him actively running up, biting while kicking me, and holding on. He literally tries to bite at me even if I’m doing something next to his pen! This morning I was refilling hay, and he bit my leg and hung on even when his whole body was pulled off the ground when I reacted by lifting my leg away (he’s ok don’t worry). Plus he’s now spraying EVERYWHERE in his pen! Way more than before the neuter. I expected him to be skittish or just not want to interact, so I planned on leaving him be until he started initiating socialization again. I never knew I could be afraid of a bunny. I miss my sweet boy, and I’m worried he’s not going to be himself again. It’s just such an extreme behavior change. Did your male buns act like this after being neutered? Did they go back to normal after the 4-8 weeks?
