My thinkpad monitor turning black on Zorin OS

When I pick up my thinkpad, sometimes after a few minutes the screen goes black,

I rarely pick my thinkpad up bc I keep it in a spot all day, but when I pick it up, the screen goes

black. Everything is working on the computer and the screen cant turn to normal again until

I restart it and keep it in it's spot.
