Is it dumb to want to take calc 1 and macro for semester 1 freshman year?

Im gonna take some gen eds in summer before i attend. I want to keep the transfer door wide open because im intl but ive only ever lived in pa outside of my home country. It wasnt all that good but the people were wonderful. The weather was an issue personally.

Calc1

Sometimes calc2/stats

Im going to finance i have no clue about its rigor and tbh i have no clue about anything. I just know they have a beatles class that i know i will enjoy.
