Help, account data is gone

I asked this question on the main sub and got told to maybe come and ask here instead but to not get my hopes up as I don't got much so I'm going to copy and paste this here with a small hope that I can get my account data back. If I won't be able to get my account data back then oh well I already kinda accepted the fact that I won't be able to get my account data back. Also sorry if I chose the wrong flair I don't know which one to choose and this one seemed like it fit the most

How do I get my account data back? I haven't played since like late 2021/early 2022 and I wanted to try out the game again because I just remembered it existed and I was bored so why not. I didn't have too much in the game being a f2p and I was still only in Liyue I believe and probably had a really low AR the only real thing of worth that I had on my account was Raiden as she was the only 5 star I was lucky enough to pull. Being early in the game I usually wouldn't really care for restarting since I haven't played in like forever however being a f2p I really want Raiden back as knowing my luck I'll likely never get her again if I just completely restart.

I've tried logging in both through google and through email and password and have checked every server and the only thing that I found was on the America server when logging in with email and password I was on the intro beach with literally nothing but the male mc already chosen while every other server on both accounts had the scene at the very start to select your gender.

Any screenshots and stuff I had of Genshin are now long gone as since then I got a new PC and none of my files carried over and I can't skim through old Discord dms as none of my friends played Genshin so I never sent anything to them. The only proof I have of playing the game around that time is old automated emails that HoYo sent out which don't really say anything about my account other than that it existed so I don't know if I can request account recovery from them.

Is there anything that I can do or is my account data just permanently gone? Thanks.
