How do I adjust the volume across an entire track that’s been cut into small segments?

I use the tool to remove all the silent parts from my video which cuts my game audio into 100 different clips. I would like to be able to adjust the audio line to dip down during the loud sections then back up during the quiet ones using key frames, but how do I do that if it’s not one big lone audio track but instead 100 small audio clips?
