Starting to question if I’m autistic

Hey everyone.

I’m a 33 year old female from the u.k.

I’ve been questioning if I’m autistic the past few years. Not sure if it’s because it’s heard of more now (adults being diagnosed or because my mental health has been bad more so)

Anyway I’ve done a few quizzes and searches

Few come up with saying I show autistic traits.

I’ve been told I’m childish,if I see a cute cat or cute things I squeal and get excited easily.

I always daydream.

Have always felt weird or alien like to people around me.

Suffered with bad anxiety since high school

Get interested in things and have to search about them a lot

If a song is played I can end up singing about it randomly and turn it into another rhyme ect about my cats lol

My head doesn’t shut up

Sometimes for example if I talk to someone else and they’re folding their arms or more bubbly than me I seem to then have to be bubbly back

Have always excelled in art and English in school but had a block with maths (yes my grammar sucks now)

I used to draw on my face and be weird when I was a kid

If people in school were smoking or drinking I did so to fit in even if I didn’t want to.

I tried to be emo in school cause that’s what another girl was doing.

I get overwhelmed easily and feel like I want to rip my skin off,if lights are too bright it annoys me,certain clothing can annoy me (jeans!!!)

I don’t know I’ve always just felt like an alien.

I’m probably just weird lmao.
