Fog in headlight - breathing pipe

Hi all,

I have a 2020 Volkswagen Passat Variant, 2.0 TDI, 110 kW. About two months ago I washed it at a self-service car wash using a pressure washer. I kept a reasonable distance from the bodywork, so I was not spraying it from too close.

After the wash, I noticed water inside the right headlight. At first it was only lightly fogged up, but later I could also see water streaks inside. After some time, it disappeared completely.

This week it rained, and the headlight is slightly fogged up again. Has anyone had a similar issue? Is this common on this model? Is there any way to fix it without going to a service center?

Also there should be a breathing pipe somewhere, where can I find it?
