Do u know any clinics that give shots for the big pimples? Need helppp

Already visited a derma and tried their facial where they give you injections for your big pimples. The pimples really die the next day and it helps so much.

They're a little bit pricey for me, around 3k for facial + injections. Just wanted to know if there are other places that offer that? Thank youu :'))
