Hardstuck, Broke and cant Grind cause of Work & Life. How to progress?

-Started playing since about 10 Days ago. Watched BlueSquadrons Video about 2026 Gear Progression.
-Finished Season Character, Pen all Tuvala Gear and Graduated.
-Now Doing the Olvia Academy and im Hardstuck at Kill 50 Turos. (im using the Crystal & Meals)
*-*Gotten the Pen Boss Defense Gear from Olvia & Free LVL 61 (Y) Menu Pen 5 Blackstar.
-Went back and still get Oneshot from Turos even singular and killing takes 3-6 min.
-Checked Video Again and did the Fughar Upgrade Gear to Dec and upgraded Helmet to Hex and now Sep (see imgur link at the bottom)
-Only had 1.5B and wasted 500m on Marketplace to get Concentrated Magic Black Stone for Sep.
I want to get into this game again but i dont have much time to spend for Grinding Money. How can i progress? Or is it just Over? Do i have to sit on the Computer for Hours just to get Money to then throw in the Fire?
I cant even afford the Intinify Potion thing i read upon. And Buying the Weapons & Armor is also out of my Reach for me 1B Money now left
