background info: In the world of Being A Talent in Chusheng Sect(BATICS). there are 4 Major cultivation Realms that are relevant: Qi refining,Foundation Establishments,Golden Core, and Nascent Soul.

The gap between each major Realm increases by an order of magnitude. The Four Major factions are all Headed by a Nascent Soul cultivator aka a Dao Master

there are four major factions that the story thus far revolves around:

Primordial/First Saint sect aka Chusheng sect \[this the sect that Lu Yang is apart of and it is full of demonic cultivators. Of the four Major Factions its the only demonic faction\]

Pure Land: They are a sect full of buddhists and are led by their Dao Master:World-Honored-One

Dao Court: They essentially are Heavenly/Jade Court Stand in. Using official positions and operating like a proper nation instead of a sect. They are led by their Dao Master: The Dao emperor\[i forgot his actual name/title\]

Jade Pivot sword Pavillion: The last of the three Righteous sects, but they are the strongest and the most batshit crazy. \[genuinely they will kill you and tell you with a straight face its your fault because 4 lifetimes ago you robbed a Dumpling store😭\]

The reason why, imo nobody explains BATICS schemes is because it's Cultivation system is deadass and complicated past Qi Refining because it requires you to understand China's 60 year cycle.

Essentially there are 10 Heavenly Stems and 36 Earthly fiends and they all correspond to an element and cultivators in foundation. Establishment have to collect Materials that Match the element of the Fruit Position they want.

Fruit positions are essential these Mantles that Foundation Establishment cultivator ascending to Golden Core is meant to control. Only one person can be on a fruit position at a time

the reason why understanding the system is so important for this scheme is because Ang Xiao Goal , as far as the story explains it thus far, is to break through Golden Core to become a Nascent Soul Dao Master.

Cultivation system TLDR:

long story short, when you're a Qi Refining cultivator, the entire point is to build a Dao Foundation. this foundation is important because not only will it determine what path you lock onto, but it will also determine whether or not you will have a chance at becoming a Golden Core Cultivator, aka a True Monarch

TL,DR: The power system is very complicated and to understand Ang Xiao schemes you need to understand The power system and the effort required to explain it is not worth it especially when its pretty hard to simplify.

Background info dump on BATICs. This is why people don't like explaining Ang Xiao Schemes [This is based on me reading up to Chapter 300]
