HaoTian fiber isnt engraving

Just got a 60w HaoTian galvo fiber, I got it all hooked up. In lightburn the laser is properly framing the workspace, but when I press start engrave it doesn't do anything. The job just immediately completes. The tower motor doesnt seem to be working either.

In lightburn i set up the drivers for my lense.

Maybe Im just missing a setup step?
