How do i even fill application and login?

I filled a job there weeks back now whenever i login it just says logout from other device. I logged in from other device then it logged in. Then when i filled a job it says another application is already filled. When i go to my application to remove or see what it was its just dont get logged in even i have logged in already. Its like crazy making me mad its been 2 weeks since i am trying to log in.. it happens only with microsoft they just dont accept gmail even if i make mail on outlook its just opens my gmail and ask for recovery account like what the hack. Same happen with microsoft career as well. So much glitch and bugs with it can anyome help
