What Ferrite mix should I use?

Should I choose a ferrite mix to put on my Coax based on the frequencies I'm operating on or should I block against all frequencies?

I plan on putting ferrite cores on my coax at the antenna input and at my tranciever to really limit RF in my shack and from interfering with my transmit.
