I need help, please help me I don't know what to do

My female dog was spayed about 40 hours ago and overall she’s been acting pretty normal again, energy is back, walking around, etc. She did vomit a few times the previous day.

But just now she passed this (see pic in my other posts)… it looks like bloody fluid with some darker clots/chunks in it. I’m honestly pretty worried because I don’t know if this is something normal after surgery or if it’s a sign of a complication.

She’s still active and doesn’t seem in extreme pain, but her pee definitely doesn’t look right to me. it has a lot of blood and the pee looks thick and there are blood clots or maybe chunks of meat in it

Has anyone experienced something like this after a spay? Is this something that can happen or should I treat this as an emergency, I took her to the vet but all she said that it was an infection, but this looks more worser than a simple infection

Any advice would really help. I can't stop worrying
