Dad caught me masturbating?

I was having my alone time this morning before work. Home alone. Sister and Dad are at work. Usually I am still very carful. I watch my stuff in low volume and doors locked. For some reason, today I just watched it loud since it’s morning and 100% no one will come early from work.

After I’m done, I look out the window and my Dad’s truck is there. I instantly panic. I didn’t hear him come in which is something I can hear since it’s kinda loud but I was watching my stuff LOUD.

He’s left on our spare car bc he’s currently working on it so there’s a possibility he never even came into the house but there’s also signs he might have.

I start getting ready for work in a hurry just to avoid him. I was able to leave without running into him since he’s not back yet.

I am a 25 grown woman. It’s normal. That’s what I’ve been repeating in my head this whole time but I’m still in distress.

My dad is not the type to confront me about it or get me in trouble obviously. He’s the “it’s normal” type but it still is embarrassing. It’s just a vulnerable position for me especially since our culture doesn’t not talk about anything sexual.

I’m choosing to believe he didn’t hear me bc he can’t hear me from my room sometimes lmao. When he comes home from work and I’m there he usually greets me but if he doesn’t hear me, he just leaves me alone. So for my sake, I’m just believing that.

Anyways, I know many have been there but give me some words to calm me down I guess? I don’t know. Just want to let it out but I have no one to talk about the is.
