Please suggest good psychologists in lucknow. It's quite urgent.

It would be really helpful if you all suggest good psychologists in lucknow for depression, anxiety, grief and similar problems. I want someone who actually listens and helps me to declutter the thoughts and get different perspectives. My budget is upto 1200 -1300 rupees if it's at least for 45 mins per session.

The problem is I find mostly psychiatrists in lucknow. They listen less and prescribe medicines more( I know they are certified doctors to recommend). I can't go for online sessions as it won't mean anything to my parents plus they will try to listen to my conversation.
