Sideloadly does not recognize my plugged-in iPhone. How to solve it?

I just have one app sideloaded and in order to renew it I have to plug the iPhone on my windows, but neither Sideloadly or iTunes detect my phone. I’ve tried changing the USB and the cable, but nothing works. Any tip?
