Sharp 32sf56b neck board removal suggestions

I for the life of me can not remove this neck board. I tried finding people talking about these "locking" sockets, but really cant find much about them.

Is there a trick to removing these? I thought about desoldering the socket all together, but would rather not.

I need to recap the neck board and a few other caps on the main board.
