Car jerks when it reaches second gear/10mph only

Jaguar f pace 2017 2l Diesel automatic. Its at around 103k miles now. Basically when the car comes to a stop or slow pace (i am guessing when the gears switch to 1st) and then when you press the gas to accelerate, once it reaches second gear or around 10mph it does a jerk. Does not do it for other speeds, only during the initial acceleration. Any ideas?
