Repurposing freenas sata SSD boot disk. Cant get it to show up on any device to reformat

per title, have the ssd in an external USB (sata to usb) enclosure. It will show up in gparted (live iso), on widows via gui or fdisk, or on LinuxMint - basically anything I have I can plug the external enclosure into does not let me access the disk

Any idea how I can reformat/repurpose this drive? It was functional and freenas was running before I pulled it to repurpose.
