We did not screw up transit!!!!!

I am posting this link so that no one thinks that anyone else who shared it was fraudulent. We are not the only company that this un delivery issue happened to. Regardless in the end we will make it right at all cost. Unfortunately we are not going to reship in some people’s expected time frame. What everyone reading this has to understand is that if USPS can’t solve this problem we at basic will eat the issue. Eating to the tune of drum roll no fucking JOKE hundreds of thousands of dollars.
