Purchased Stuga Rebels? How do I cut it?

We purchased Stuga Rebels (High Five) to redo the floors in our house. I’m trying to figure out if a traditional flooring cutter will cut through or not. I know for the rips I will have to use my table saw but I was just hoping a flooring cutter would be able to make the rest of the cuts so it would be cleaner and quicker. Any advice would be appreciated.
