First day reta

Took my first ever dose last night .5mg right before bed and had a pretty interesting first-day experience.

Woke up this morning not feeling hungry at all, but I was kind of confused at first because my mouth was really watery. I actually thought “is this even working?” because I usually associate that feeling with hunger.

But as the day went on, I realised it wasn’t hunger at all — my stomach felt completely full/neutral, and I had basically zero desire to eat. Food just didn’t sound appealing, which is very unusual for me.

Ended up eating way less than normal without even trying, but it didn’t feel forced — just no appetite.

Curious if anyone else had that “watery mouth but not actually hungry” feeling on day 1? Not sure if it’s mild nausea or just how the drug works early on.
