Breakfast Quesadilla Unavailable

It didn’t used to be this way but a day or two ago my nearest store says the sausage breakfast quesadilla isn’t available at this location for a reward in the app. Does this mean they have blocked it forever or that it’s only temporarily unavailable if they don’t have sausage crumbles? Any guesses?
