Progesterone shots are awful

oh my. i have had just 2 shots so far and I just stopped walking on the thread mill cause I cant. it huuurts!!! Hubby massaged local of the injection, I applied heat afterwards and what is going on? I will have my transfer in a few days. why is it so hard?
