Mirror moth and accio bug

After a year I decided to replay the game. I had mods before on vortex but I was so happy the game had mods directly now since I had uninstalled the first mod manager. However I can't do the first moth mirror. The insect is there but is stuck close to the wall and lumos doesn't do anything. I tried restarting the game, creating a new save and check the stuffs on steam but still the same problem. I cannot accio on the pages as well....

Don't know what to do honestly
