Anyone has ever used or using right now proplaintiff?

Considering proposing proplaintiff at our law firm for my boss to maybe help with demand letters and handling medical records, since that’s where we spend a ton of time right now and we have a staff shortage.

I’m curious if anyone here has actually used it and can recommend it?
